Trip Policies & Important Information

BOOKING:
- Total trip payment is made upon booking.
- We accept all forms of Credit Card, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover.
- Please BOOK ONLINE!! No trip will be “reserved” over email, voicemail, text, US Mail. You will not be added to our calendar until you complete your online booking and answer the important questions!
REFUND POLICY:
- Your trip can be canceled, BY YOU, outside of 30 days with a full refund, once inside 30 days there are no refunds on cancellations or no show clients.
- If your trip is canceled by weather or by us, EXPECT A REFUND IN 30 DAYS
- We are NOT responsible for LICENSE REFUNDS if your trip gets canceled.
- A correct contact number and correct email address must be provided. Misspelled email addresses or incorrect contact cell numbers can lead to a missed trip without refund. Communication with your guide the day prior to your trip is important to check in and set a time and place to meet.
